Steve‘s primary purpose, as one of the founders of Pansapient, is to encourage business professionals to broaden their perspective and challenge their thinking. Steve is excellent at finding and implementing workable solutions to stubborn or intractable problems and has led a wide range of business remediation, amelioration and transformation programmes; helping organisations to: resolve operational issues, become more customer-centric, manage growth, improve processes and increase profitability; whilst enhancing agility and employee morale.
Steve's expertise is in crisis management, he is at his best in challenging, complex and difficult operational environments encouraging individuals and organisations to progress and achieve their full potential. He is first and foremost passionate about people development and proud to be jargon free, pragmatic and forthright; he prefers talking to emailing. Whilst a fan of Lean and Six Sigma, Steve prefers initiating organic change, custom designed for the specific needs of his clients. He believes change should be inspiring not fraught. Be warned - his humour, energy and passion for success is infectious!

Background: After leaving the Army where Steve trained as an Officer at RMA Sandhurst, he studied Biotechnology at Kings College, London including a placement at Glaxo Group Research. After Graduating, Steve joined Fidelity Investments as an Equity Trader, then Mercury Asset Management and latterly NatWest Stockbrokers (Corporate). He was invited to join the start-up team at First-e (Europe's first internet Bank) where he managed the Pilot Launch and Online Brokerage implementation. Steve Studied for an MBA at Southampton University Business School. After which he set up and managed several successful start-ups and also managed a local Charity.
Steve is an advocate of the voluntary sector, he is Qualified Rugby Coach, Business Mentor, Mediator and a Mentor of ex servicemen in prison. He hopes to complete The Camino!
